Day 1 —Select a book at random in the room. Find a novel or short story, copy down the last sentence and use this line as the first line of your new story.

The book I chose was Another Day by David Letter, a book I  confess not to have read yet, and the line I have been given is "I want to find A."

I want to find A, I want to find A and bring her back to me. She left me on the eve of our wedding and yet I know that there is more to her disappearance than cold feet. We were in love, we are in love, she was my A and I was her Q. People used to joke about how we were designed to be together, like it was fate that we would find each other, they said that right up until she disappeared. A was a wander, she never settled for long so when she disappeared people just stopped talking about her like she was a closed book, over and done with but she was my story, she is my story and I know that somewhere out there A is waiting and I know I will find her again, somehow.

Quill was always a romantic, he had whisked Ariella to distant lands and given her a garden of roses, he showed her love and she felt his love every day. Ariella had never been one to build a home or a life in any one place but she knew that with Q things would be different, she just wished the thing she was running from wasn't going to catch up with her...

I have work and this story seems like a venture I want to return to, I am already excited by the thought of it, so instead of a complete story I am leaving you the opening lines. What is her secret? Where is she? Will Q find his A?
